PandaBearEmails - Changes to Terms of Service as of 1st Jan 2010

Hi everyone,

As previously mentioned our Terms Of Service will be changing as of 1st January 2010.

In summary the changes will be:-
-pandabearemails.net will send a maximum of 150 emails per day.
-activity requirement for Members with Affiliate Pages will be at least 100 clicks per month.
-PTP Clause - Minimum of 100 clicks to use PTP and definition of Personal Earnings added to state Paid Mail Earnings (cash and points), Paid To Click Earnings (cash and points) and Contest PTC Prize are totalled.
-there will be a 2% fee for all payouts.
-new section for PTR Owners requiring current owners to be up-to-date with payments on their own sites before requesting payout from us. Also "runner" PO's will not be welcome here.

Please ensure that the first time you log on after the 1st Jan 2010 you read the new terms and ensure you have Agree to Terms ticked in your userinfo or you email us requesting full payout and cancellation of your account.
