Programs on free hosts will not be accepted. Program must have a referral program in place. Program must be legal and not contain any adult material. Program must meet ALL payment requests within a maximum of sixty (60) days or less of the date payment was requested and as such must be indicated in your Terms of Service. Program must not be listed in GPTBoycott's Boycott List nor on their iFrame Cheaters List. Program must not have a past history of resignup required by members due to lost databases. Programs with all too frequent changes to their Terms of Service will not be accepted. Applications must come from the actual program owner. We will not accept submissions from members or affiliates of any program. You have to be the program owner, no exceptions. You must submit your webmaster@yourdomain email address in the application. You have made FULL payments to at least ten (10) different FREE members - random/early/upgraded members payments are NOT accepted. Program must have a financially sustainable ad pricing structure in place. Program must have an activity requirement of 25% or less in order to earn from downline's clicks.
